Origami butterfly instructions......

A few of you have requested the origami butterfly instructions (as seen on my scrapbook page in my gallery or on my blog page).

1. Cut two squares of paper or card the same size.(one for each wing)
2. Fold one of the squares in half (point to point). This will give you a triangle.
3. Take the point and fold it over your seem edge.
4. With the point facing up - mark the centre point of the fold you have just made & then fold each side back at 45 degrees.
This will give you one wing.
5. Do the same again with the other square.
6. Glue them onto your page with tacky glue.
7. Make the body from adhesive peals or gems etc.

I hope this helps.
Feel free to contact me if you need any further help with this.
They are very popular at demos because people just can't believe how easy they are and how effective they look.

Have fun - let me know how you get on!
